Bryan MacRobert is a young South African wine producer who, after falling in love with Campo Viejo’s winemaker Clara Canals, settled down in Rioja to produce his own wines in the area. This is made from a blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo and Carignan, selected from plots throughout the whole region of Rioja. A medium purple colour, dominated by primary fruit aromas of strawberries, cherries and black berries. The palate is light and textured with soft and balanced tannin. Not your usual Rioja tinto, this drinks more like a young Beaujolais. Drink slightly chilled.
