We're very excited to host our first ever NBHW Portuguese Wine Fair on Sunday October 20th. This will be held at our store at 141 Leeson St Upper.
Portugal is well know for its wines, with over 250 indigenous grape varieties that do not grow anywhere else in the world. Join us to discover what makes portuguese wine so unique while tasting wines from all over Portugal.
We’ll have over 30 wines available to try at a relaxed walk-around tasting. Each time slot will be allocated 90 minutes to work your way through the range of wines.
There will also be some portuguese snacks and finger food, think portuguese olives, pastéis de nata (custard tart), bolinhos de bacalhau and much more. We will for sure have something to suit all tastes. We will be at hand to advice on wine and food pairings. Tickets are €40 per person.
