The blend included a greater proportion of Garnacha, bringing freshness and perfume to the old-vine Tempranillo. It is beautifully aromatic, with red and dark berries, floral notes and spice, followed by a medium-bodied, silky palate with fine tannins and wonderful energy. Part of the wine was aged for 18 months in used French oak previously used for Pingus and Flor de Pingus.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003csup\u003e2019\u003c\/sup\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePeter Sisseck himself called the 2019 \u003c\/span\u003e“easily the best PSI we have made to date.”\u003cspan\u003e Made predominantly from Tinto Fino\/Tempranillo with Garnacha and sourced from hundreds of old-vine parcels across Ribera del Duero, it is vibrant, juicy and beautifully textured.
