A delicious sparkling wine from north west Italy. Made using the Champagne Method and with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes in the blend, it could easily be mistaken for the real thing.
The bubbles are fine and persistent, aromas of baked bread, white flowers and yellow fruit. The palate is soft, long and persistent with a round finish and refreshing acidity.
