Sourced from a single parcel in the Arbois appellation, this cuvée is made from 100% Chardonnay grown on limestone-rich soils and farmed biodynamically. The Tissots have been fully organic since 1999 and biodynamic since 2004, with a strong focus on expressing individual vineyard sites as precisely as possible.
