In the north of the Village of Saint-Lambert, the Château Fonbadet vineyard can be found, amidst the most reputed estates of the Pauillac Appellation. This particular cuvée is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. On the palate is pronounced notes of blackcurrant, plum, and cherry, as well as some vanilla and spice following through. Elegant and structured with velvet tannins, this is an excellent value Bordeaux.
