The wine comes from Stéphane Bernaudeau, a small-scale natural-wine maker based in Anjou in the Loire Valley. The grape is 100% Chenin Blanc. Serve slightly chilled — but not too cold (perhaps around 10-12 °C) to preserve aromatics and acidity. Good food pairings: fresh or lightly prepared seafood (shellfish, oysters, white fish), light fish dishes, salads, lean poultry, or subtle cheeses. Also well-suited as an aperitif.
