Fresh and subtle aromas of stone fruit with a touch of white flowers. Light and crisp with a refreshingly dry, slightly mineral finish. An elegant, dry white wine, with delicate aromas which does not overpower food.
Made from hilltop vineyards (cabezadas) on limestone soils, with a small amount aged in used oak for texture. The winery decided the type and length of ageing individually for each vintage, using a combination of stainless steel, concrete, and ageing on the lees in used oak barriques.
