On Friday 27th November at our Tasting Rooms in 141 Upper Leeson St, D4 we will be doing a deep dive into Cote de Nuits in Burgundy.

We are very excited to welcome Miriam Stack, a Burgundy specialist, that will take us on a journey around the Cote de Nuits exploring some of its more aclaimed and exciting producers.

We will be tasting and exploring the wines of Camille Thiriet Wines, Clos De la Marechale from Jacques-Frederic Mugnier, Domaine Duroche and Claire Naudin, amoungst other bottles. Definitely a tasting not to be missed!!

Miriam’s profession and passion is to bring great people and fine wine together. From her teenage years she immersed herself in learning about and tasting wine including studying for the WSET Diploma.

She collects, shares and tastes while travelling and harvesting in wine regions worldwide. Most particularly Burgundy where Miriam spends much of her time enhancing her understanding of the wines and terroir throughout the Cote D’Or; fine tuning her expertise amidst the endless depths of knowledge and the fascinating people who work the land, the vines and fine tune the liquid in their cellars to make the wines we adore and treasure.
