This Valencian blend is predominantly made of Garnacha with some Bobal and Syrah. A brilliant ruby red wine, aromas of fresh herbs such as rosemary and thyme along with crunchy cherry notes. It has juicy and fresh, medium bodied palate with hints of earthiness and herbaceousness. Great match for grilled veg salad or hearty lamb mousse.
