A classic chardonnay from Monthelie (a close cousin to Meursault), has a well scented nose of flowers and with subtle hints of oak, impressive minerality with precise structure.
Rodolphe Demougeot family estate (which he took over in 1992) has vineyards mainly between Pommard and Mersault, where he was born. Farming organicaly and biodynamically, he is making outstanding wines and has managed to make a name for himself in the already highly talented Meursault.
