Excelent Pinot Noir made with fruit from 2 very distinct vineyard plots (La Rue au Porc and En Boeuf) which different soils are combined to make a wine that is both concentrated and structured as well as mineral and tense.
Rodolphe Demougeot family estate (which he took over in 1992) has vineyards mainly between Pommard and Mersault, where he was born. Farming organicaly and biodynamically, he is making outstanding wines and has managed to make a name for himself in the already highly talented Meursault.
