A family run estate based in Bligny-lès-Beaune, founded in 1973 by Jean Guiton and now led by his son Guillaume. The domaine farms around 12 hectares across the Côte de Beaune working organically and sustainably, though not formally certified. The Pinot Noir grapes come from near Beaune and Savigny-lès-Beaune where the terroir provides freshness and fine tannic structure typical of the region’s elegant reds.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir is made using hand harvested fruit, gently pressed and then fermented with native yeasts. The wine is aged for around 12 months in French oak barrels, with a small proportion of new oak to add subtle complexity. It shows aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild herbs with a silky palate and mineral finish. Perfect with roast duck, mushroom risotto or soft cheese.
