
‘La Fornace’ Gavi is made from 100% Cortese grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks and then settled for a few months in vitrified concrete tanks. The wine is delicate and crisp, pure and clean, as all the best Gavi aspires to be. It is a wonderful and precise expression of Cortese: flowery with hints of lemon, peach and apricot, a sprinkle of wild herbs, and ends on a dry, mineral finish.
