Selection of old Chardonnay vines of around 60 years old on clay-limestone soils, harvested very early in the morning at "l'Aurore".
This is a lovely rounded Bourgogne. Perfect match to spicy dishes, as well as fish and cooked shellfish, white meats and blue cheeses.
