This cuvée comes from the selection of a plot located at a place called "La Charmone", a 25-year-old vine, on shallow soils, mainly clay-limestone, remarkable for its western exposure.
The perfect aperitif, great pairing to all kinds of terrines of vegetables, fish or cooked white meats as well as the famous small regional Mâconnais.
