
Domaine Huet, founded in 1928, was one of the first in France to start biodynamic agriculture. After 30 years of constant biodynamic cultivation, the wines coming from three different plots are vinified in the purest expression to reflect the local terroir. The range of wines includes dry, sweet and sparkling wines.
The Clos du Bourg vineyard is normally the slowest to open up, the most dense, and often in time the most rewarding. Showing minerality and precision now, and a wonderful balance between its 50 grams or so of residual sugar, this wine will offer more generous evolution over time. A wine to savour.
