Aromas of green apple, pear, chamomile and ripe lemon. On the palate a pronounced minerality captures the character of the vineyard's limestone soils; green apple crispness, mirabelle plum sweetness and fresh acidity round it off.
Fermented in stainless steel, unfiltered, aged 9mts sur lie in stainless steel.
