On the nose aromas of ripe raspberries and cherry liqueur dominate, followed by leather and
forest floor, with clove and nutmeg underlining it all. On the palate, raspberries, cherry, wet-rock minerality and some vanilla from the oak accompany well-integrated tannin. Fine acidity highlights the fruit. Long, juicy finish.
Fermented in French oak barrels on wild yeast. Unfiltered, naturally clarified. 45% of wine
aged for 10mts on French oak.
