Thursday 19th March 2026 we will be doing a deep dive into the wines of Austria and Germany in our Tasting Rooms at 141 Upper Leeson St, D4.
Austria and Germany, defined by cool climates, dramatic vineyard sites, and a deep respect for tradition, these regions produce wines celebrated for their purity, balance, and sense of place.
This tasting explores a curated selection of Austrian and German wines, highlighting producers that we are very excited about, who focus on quality-driven viticulture and thoughtful winemaking. From the Wachau and Kamptal to the Mosel and Rheingau—and how these factors translate into freshness, texture, and structure in the glass.
Along the way, we’ll dive into the grapes that define these regions. Expect to explore the nuances of Riesling and Grüner Veltliner, alongside other regional classics, and see how small differences in origin and technique can lead to dramatically different expressions.
