Thursday 23th May 2024 we will be looking into Organic, Biodynamic, and Natural Wines in our Tasting Rooms at 141 Upper Leeson St, D4.
We will taste wines made using organic and/ or biodynamic farming practices, as well as wines made using minimal intervention in the winemaking process. We will strive to understand how these are different from conventional winemaking wines and what can we see and taste in the glasses in front of us. Do natural wines taste different? What are Biodynamic Wines? Do all natural wines taste funky?
Let's take a deep dive into this topic and get all the answers. Let's get funky!....or not :)
