Peter Sisseck himself called the 2019 “easily the best PSI we have made to date.” Made predominantly from Tinto Fino/Tempranillo with Garnacha and sourced from hundreds of old-vine parcels across Ribera del Duero, it is vibrant, juicy and beautifully textured. Look for blackberry and dark berry fruit, dried spice and a touch of earth, with silky tannins, freshness and excellent energy.
