The name Tâcherons for these "cuvées" comes from an old Burgundian tradition. This is a chardonnay from Haute Vallée, near Limoux, where the soil and climate are very similar to Burgundy.
Chardonnay: Ripe fruits on both nose and palate, with hints of toasted nuts and vanilla on the nose. Great value at this price point, with its flavours being carried in a long finish.
