The name Tâcherons for these "cuvées" comes from an old Burgundian tradition. This is a chardonnay from Haute Vallée, near Limoux, where the soil and climate are very similar to Burgundy.
Ripe fruits on both nose and palate, with hints of toasted nuts and vanilla on the nose. Great value at this price point, with its flavours being carried in a long finish.
