A delicious Rosato from Sicily. A precise rose with tension and a spate of salinity from vineyards on the north side of Etna, up to 800m above sea level. Typically fruity, reminiscent of cherry and ripe strawberry. The body of a white and the soul of a red, as descibed by the wine producer. First launched in 2007
