-Grapes: 90% Moscatel, 10% Bobal Certified Organic.
-Method: Direct press. Fermented and macerated in 2 different tanks,
blended in March and bottled in April 24. No additions or corrections. No added
sulphur.
-Vineyards: Moscatel from Chiva (300 m.a.s.l.). Bobal from Los Marcos (900
m.a.s.l.)
-Farmers: Moscatel by Félix Esteve and Bobal by José Luis López.
-Production: 2751 bottles.
