A deliciously textured wine from north west Spain. The wine is aged on the lees, giving the wine weight without the use of oak. The nose bursts with aromas of tripocal fruit, think pineapple and mango together with smoky minerals. The palate is full of texture with bright freshness and acidity. Notes of ginger, citrus and fennel.
