From Bourgogn natural wine legend Yann Durieux, it’s 100% Pinot Noir from selected parcels near the commune of Villers-la-Faye, not far from Les Grands Ponts, on the border between Hautes Côtes de Nuits and Hautes Côtes de Beaune. In the vineyard? Loving care and biodynamics. In the cellar? Natural wild fermentation, and nothing added or taken away, with no hint of added SO2. This shines with wild strawberries, crushed hibiscus petals, incense and pink grapefruit rind.
